Bronson Farms friends-
We have really enjoyed our many years of growing sweet corn and melons for all of our wonderful customers. But, as you may already know, we are attempting to downsize (we are not getting any younger!) and will not be growing sweet corn or melons this year.
Our customers have been so wonderful in supporting the sweet corn business! We appreciated every purchase and every kind and friendly word and every smiling customer!
We also appreciated every employee and every family member who worked hard over the years to bring you the absolute freshest sweet corn and melons.
But fear not- our friends and neighbors at Stanton Farms will be growing all of our favorite varieties of sweet corn this year. They plan to sell sweet corn and other produce down the road and around the corner, not far from our usual farm location, and also take the trailer to Battle Creek and sell outside of the Happy House Hallmark card store where we have sold for many years. You can find more information about their produce business at their facebook page “Stanton Farms Produce.”
Thanks again for all the fantastic memories over the years!

Bronson Farms has been a family farm since 1936.

Open in the Summer, seven days a week, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. We sometimes have corn in the cooler after hours.
Bronson Farm's sweet corn business was founded by our father and Grandfather, Jack Bronson, in 1990. He is the father of Joanna Bronson Hathaway (who is the veterinarian in Bronson) who started the business with her dad when she was a college student, Melissa Bronson Jamerson, who helped with the business for many, many years, Melanie Bronson Bauer, who was always up for pitch hitting when needed, and Eric Bronson, who, together with Galard Gilroy, Jack’s nephew, makes the operation go these days. The list of grandkids, relatives and friends who have helped over the years is too long to write. But we would like to extend a big thank you to all who put their hard work into making Jack Bronson‘s sweet corn business what it is today. Not to mention the legions of wonderful customers who have supported us year after year!
Jack passed away on May 29, 2019, at age 84 and we continue to try to measure up to Grandpa's high standards and tireless work ethic.
